The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) has recently introduced a fast-track program for potential applicants whom are currently in the United States on H1-B, H1-B1, H-1C, E-3 visas.

Who can apply? To qualify for this program one must show:

1)      A clear intention to live permanently in Alberta;

2)      Currently working in the United States under an H1-B, H1-B1, H-1C, E-3 visa, and will continue to hold such visa when the AINP makes the final decision on your application;

3)      Minimum of 1 year of full time work experience in the United States in an occupation that is on the list of occupations under pressure in Alberta;
